Adoption!

Well, I still can't say that adoptions have gotten much easier emotionally, but nothing really tops seeing families falling in love with each other right before your eyes! This 3-year-old princess met her parents and big brother from Holland this month, and last weekend she moved out of Casa de Amor to be with her adopted family! (Her brother, who will be 5 this weekend, was also adopted from a different home in Cochabamba a few years ago!)

Our girl came to Casa de Amor as a tiny micro-preemie - she does have some special needs, including hearing loss and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, but she sure has grown up beautifully!

The first bond she made was with Dad.

Here they are! Just fyi, her parents are hilarious - too, too fun.

Of course, we still miss having her around at the house, but it is already too obvious how happy she is going to be.
