Sunday Luncheon

Here's another pic of the 2 sisters that I mentioned earlier last week...for the first time on Sunday, the little one joined the gang of kiddos that come to church with me every week. Finally! :) She did better than I expected, so I'm glad she's joining in on the fun.

Yesterday after the service, our church had a luncheon - they just did some remodeling of the sanctuary, and it looks nice. The congregation gathered together afterwards for lunch. They apparently announced this last Sunday during the service, but I maaaay not have realized that we were having the lunch until the night before...who knows what all I miss every week with the Spanish sermons...honestly! Everyone was to bring a dish...probably a Bolivian dish would have been nice, but who are we kidding...by the time I could get to the store on Saturday night at 10:30, I wasn't about to start experimenting with cultural dishes, sooo I decided to bring the oh-so-Bolivian delicacy of...peanut butter & honey sandwich squares. I know. Pathetic? Si.

I found it pretty funny that little ladies at church kept saying that they liked "the things that I cooked..." ohhhh Bolivia.
